Waiting-time policy

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting from the flight’s actual landing time. We monitor the inbound flight and do not start that clock on a timetable that has already slipped.

Address pickups for airport drop-offs include 15 minutes. Extra waiting can be purchased in 30-minute blocks. If you know you will linger at baggage or immigration, add an extension when you book.
