We wait landside. Never airside, never on the taxi rank. The board has the lead passenger’s name as it appears on the booking.
The board
Your name, not a company slogan. Spell it as you want it held up. Nicknames are fine if they are on the booking.
The walk
Add meet and greet as an extra if you want help with trolleys and a walked escort to the car park or kerb.
