Refund policy

How refunds are issued after a change or cancellation.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Pay-on-arrival bookings that were cancelled in time simply will not be charged.

Card payments are refunded within five working days. If a flight cancellation is documented by the airline, we treat it as a free cancellation even inside 24 hours, provided you tell us before the driver is sent to the terminal.
