Cancellation policy

Cancel or change online with your booking reference and email.

• More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund of the transfer fare.
• Inside 24 hours: 50% of the transfer fare is retained.
• After dispatch, or if the driver has already waited through the included time: the booking is charged as a no-show.

Extras that were never used (for example an unused child seat on a cancelled ride) are refunded in full when the ride itself is cancelled free of charge.
