What we keep, and what we do not sell.

We collect the details needed to run the transfer: names, flight numbers, phone, email, pickup address, and payment status. We use them to operate the booking, contact you about delays, and meet insurance and accounting rules.

We do not sell passenger lists. Flight numbers are used only to monitor arrivals. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your record after the trip is complete, except where we must keep invoices.
