Car hire policy

Hire cars are collected and returned at the Clearway office, 12 Airport City, Accra. We do not deliver keys at Kotoka or to a house.

A hire day is 24 hours from the collection time on the booking. A late return of more than one hour counts as another day.

• You may drive within Accra, or outside Accra. Outside Accra adds a daily area fee shown on the stub.
• Fuel is full to full.
• The named driver must present a valid Ghana or international licence at collection.
• A refundable deposit is taken with the keys and returned when the car comes back to the office in the same condition.
• Cancellation follows the same 24-hour rule as airport transfers, applied to the hire amount, not the deposit.
